By using the joiya (joiya.app) website, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using this site.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services on the joiya platform — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, popular games, the High Roller section, and any promotional activities. These terms are governed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

Joiya reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To open an account with Joiya, the following conditions must be met:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• You must register using accurate and truthful information.
• Each member may open only one account.
• Only one account per household is permitted.
• Account information must be kept up to date at all times.

Joiya follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. Before making a withdrawal, or when a transaction exceeds a certain amount, you may be required to submit one of the following documents for identity verification:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)

Members are solely responsible for keeping their account login credentials (email and password) confidential. Sharing your account with others or disclosing your login details is strictly prohibited.

The following betting rules apply on joiya:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the cash-out feature).
• Each bet has a minimum and maximum stake, both of which are displayed on the bet slip
• Live betting odds may change at any time; the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed are final.
• If a match is abandoned mid-way, results will be settled in accordance with Joiya's established policy.
• Joiya reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.

Special rules apply to cricket betting. If the result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, that result will be considered final. In Test matches, a draw is also recognized as a valid result.

Joiya settles bets using official results from international sports events. In the event of any dispute regarding a result, information verified from official sources will be considered final.

Joiya supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Verified withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Additional information may be requested to review suspicious transactions

All payment transactions are secured with SSL encryption. Joiya never shares your payment information with third parties.

Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited. This means you may not send or receive funds to or from your account using someone else's payment source. Violating this rule may result in your account being frozen.

Joiya offers a variety of bonuses. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are communicated at the time the bonus is granted. General bonus rules:

• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• Bonus withdrawals require the applicable wagering conditions to be met
• Bonuses typically require 10x to 30x wagering before a withdrawal can be made.
• If wagering requirements are not completed within the specified time after a bonus is awarded, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed

Terms for reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions are communicated separately. Points earned through the loyalty points program can be converted to cash or bonuses — contact support for details.

Joiya believes betting is entertainment, not addiction. To promote responsible gaming, we provide members with a range of tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Session Limit: Set how long you want to stay online
• Loss Limit: Betting will be automatically suspended once losses exceed a set limit
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from betting
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for a set period or permanently

Joiya may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Registering with false information or committing fraud during the KYC process
• Operating multiple accounts
• Attempting to manipulate betting or exploit the system
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Harassing other members or Joiya staff
• Failure to Verify Age

When an account is closed, any remaining balance is generally refunded. However, if fraud is established, the funds may be forfeited. Members who wish to close their own account should contact Support.

Joiya takes the protection of your personal information very seriously. Details provided at registration are used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and legal compliance.

Joiya never sells or shares your personal information with third parties, except where required by law. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy read.

If you have a complaint, please email support@joiya.app with full details. Our team will respond within 48 hours.

Steps for Dispute Resolution:

• Step 1: Provide full details to the Support team
• Step 2: The support team will investigate and communicate a decision within 7 business days.
• Step 3: If you are not satisfied with the decision, escalate to management
• Step 4: All final decisions rest with Joiya's management.

In the event of a dispute over bet results, the data from the official sports governing body will be considered final.

Joiya reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email or a notice posted on the site.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
